What about The Cursed Poet ? My new story is about a singular persona who trudged on his path to recognition, and when he made the grade, suddenly his downfall starts, until he vanishes, and no one knows his whereabouts, nor whether he is still alive or not -although his death is reported. There, the legend begins, and it strengths when some people claim to have been seen him alive, meanwhile his works start to gain recognition again. In his writings, he grants his legacy to the world. What do you look for? Love, The greatest energy. A writer like you is ill-tempered? Not absolutely. I am easy-going person. What are you reading now? Everything that falls into my hands. Still Coca Cola is your preference? Absolutely. With whom do you prefer to be? With a lovely woman (laughter).

Some Answers From Oliver Frances (part 1)

Oliver Frances begins to write on his teens. His first short story was an epic one, inspired in chivalric romance books. As time went by, his themes are based on emotions, conveyed on Summer Love; and from the experience derived of his travels, and political and social issues being one background for all unfolding drama in the stories featured in Century’s Endings. Surprisingly, Oliver went on to romance publishing short stories that are part of the series of Heart & Souls, though. All the stories of Heart weren’t appreciated by the readers, despite having great editorial reviews from severe critics. The fact lingers of that Frances, as one reader writes, have written stories that differ so much from contemporary American literature. Hence, the reader loves or hates them, unfortunately there is no in between. Anyhow, this didn’t refrain Oliver from releasing Heart II. In his latest works, is evidenced a change about themes. A year of the 40th anniversary of The Doors ’ arrival on the rock scene and another one of the birth of Jim Morrison , the rock poet –whose decadent existence led his persona to grave. Suddenly flashing memories came about paying my respects to him at his shrine –into what turned his burial plot. The day before I rushed to cemetery –jumping onto the train to Pére Lachaise station; but this was already closed when I arrived there. Obviously I was late. My friend with whom I went did not understand the reason for which I took him there, and even more when we bumped into a shopkeeper who was Arab -the same nationality as my mate who was asked by him the why we wasted time coming over an addicted’s grave (both of them didn’t know that “the road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom”). So, the following morning I woke up early to head for Pére Lachaise –before going on touring by Paris with my friend. And this time I went on my own. I came into the cemetery through a side-door, a...
